New Blood. D&AD’s graduate showcase. Finally, I will kick-start my entry into advertising from here. Having spent almost a year doing my Masters in Creative Advertising at University College Falmouth, I guess I’m ready for it now.
An engineering degree and post 3 years work experience in an engineering firm (ThyssenKrupp Industries), an inning in advertising was long due. Due since the time I stepped out of junior college (10+2). With the classic two safe (??) routes (engineering and medical) available then in India, I chose the former. Well, no regrets though. Loved it, enjoyed it, and never ever hated my previous degree or work. The passion lied somewhere else though. I decided to step into this new field and landed here in Falmouth, Cornwall, U.K.
I wanted to start blogging once I was ready for advertising and vice versa   And also, I was waiting for the 3 Idiots controversy to settle down.
I am a social media consultant and a copywriter, not because I cannot draw but also because I like it now. And yes, this is my first one.
